We have a 30-day Hassle-Free Return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to contact us prior to sending back your returns.

We will discuss this issue with you and should you need to return an item/s, please complete this Return Form and include it with your returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may be at risk of not being accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and fulfill the refund too.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. To speed things up, include a description and images of the damaged or incorrect item/s so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. On the rare occasion that you receive an incomplete or incorrect item, we will correct the error at no cost to you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Change of mind
We offer refunds on full priced items only for change of mind. It can take up to 72 hours for us to process a refund, not including the time it takes for the financial institution to return the funds back into your account. Unfortunately, we cannot accept refund of SALE items including items purchased using a discount code for change of mind. You can request a store credit to the value of the purchase price, excluding postage fees incurred. Items purchased during any promotion including free shipping, discount codes and frenzy sales qualify for store credit only.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us first before returning. Once the return is accepted, return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item.
