Shipping Cost

Our standard shipping cost is $10 (within Australia). All orders over $99.00 qualify for Free Shipping.

Our express shipping cost is $20 and is available only on some products. If available, this option will show in checkout.

Delivery Times

All orders placed will be processed within 2 business days.

To help you recreate that summer vibe all year round, we’ve carefully sourced our products from around the world. Some of our products are dispatched directly from Australia, whilst some of our products are dispatched directly from our supplier’s warehouse overseas. Please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch from overseas. In sale periods, please allow up to 7 business days for dispatch.

This may mean you have to wait a little longer for your parcel to arrive (usually between 15-28 days). Due to external couriers we use, we're unable to guarantee shipping times. 

Your parcel will be delivered to the shipping address you specify at the time of purchase. And if you order more than one product, they may be shipped separately.

Sun Sand and Sky is not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect or inaccurate addresses. If your order has already been processed then we can’t make any changes to the address or change the course of the parcel. If this does happen, Sun Sand and Sky won’t be able to send you another parcel or make a refund. Instead, you may make a new order using the correct address.

In the event that a parcel is returned to us for various reasons including, non-payment of fees, duties or taxes, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, you will need to email contact@sunsandsky.com to arrange redelivery and you may be responsible to pay for all postage costs.

In the rare event your shipment is delayed, lost or damaged it is not the responsibility of Sun Sand and Sky. Upon delivery of the products, you must inspect the products for any shortage or quality issues. You should notify Sun Sand and Sky in writing within 7 days of receiving the products at contact@sunsandsky.com. For full refund policy details, click here.

If we have provided you with more products than what you ordered, you must also notify us and return the surplus products to us (we will bear the shipping costs).

Sun Sand and Sky is not responsible for lost or stolen product parcels that are delivered to the address provided during checkout. In the rare event that the product parcel is lost or stolen, you should contact the local courier and open an investigation with them. You can also contact your local post office for resolution. We strictly will not send you another product parcel or process a product refund.

Any complimentary product that is sent by Sun Sand and Sky will not be eligible under Sun Sand and Sky's return policy.

All delivery times quoted to you are indicative only. Products may be delivered in one or more parts. To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third-party.

All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays and any other delays caused in circumstances that are outside of our control.

Please note that all shipping time frames are from the date of dispatch, not the date that your order is made.
